Before and after

Calm and specific gets read.

YouTube's reviewer is checking three things: do you know which policy the channel tripped, is it fixed, and is this really your only channel. “I did nothing wrong, please restore it” answers none of them, and the auto-reply comes back in a day.

Before: what most creators send

“My channel was terminated for no reason. I have never violated any policy. I have 41,000 subscribers and this is my full-time income. I did not spam anyone. Please reinstate my channel immediately, this is a mistake and very unfair.”

Names no policy, no cause, no fix, no other channels

After: the appeal

What happened

Channel @trailmapcycling (41,200 subscribers, in the Partner Program since March 2024) terminated 2 September 2026 for “spam, deceptive practices and scams”. No prior strikes.

The likely cause and the fix

On 28 August I uploaded 14 Shorts in one evening, cut from one long video, each with the same description block and the same bike-shop affiliate link. Read together they look like repetitive, link-pushing uploads. The 14 Shorts are deleted from my backup and every description is rewritten with its own text and no link…

Other channels

This is the only channel I own or manage. One brand account on the same Google account holds a podcast channel with 3 videos, never warned; no other person, device or payment method is shared.

Policy named · cause · fix · other channels · what I ask for

Sample: the creator and the channel are made up. Every real appeal is written only from what you send us.

Questions

Will YouTube reinstate my channel?

Nobody can promise that. YouTube decides, and its appeal is free; anyone who guarantees reinstatement is guessing. What we change is the quality of the appeal: the real policy named, the most likely trigger, the linked-channel facts stated plainly, and a calm, specific appeal that a reviewer can act on instead of an angry one that gets the auto-reply.

Which cases do you take?

Channels terminated for “spam, deceptive practices and scams”, reused or “inauthentic” content, repeated Community Guidelines strikes, association with a terminated channel or an unclear reason, plus Partner Program removals and strike appeals, in the US, UK, Australia or Canada. We do not take channels that broke the law or YouTube's severe-abuse rules, and we never help set up a new channel to get around a termination; we say so instead of taking your money.

What if the appeal is denied?

Send us YouTube's reply. One rewrite is free, within 1 day, built around what the denial says and what the appeal form still allows.
